Nick’s NFL Week 2 Predictions

With kickoff week done, the NFL is headed towards another great week of football. Here are my picks for the winners of each and every match-up.

New York Jets vs Buffalo Bills: I think that the Jets will win because they performed better than the Bills last week. They both lost, but the Jets lost 23-22 to the Bengals, very close, while the Bills lost to the Ravens 13-7. It is possible Bills offense could somehow not penetration the Jets defense.

Cincinnati Bengals vs Pittsburgh Steelers: I think that the Steelers will win this game because the have had success with their offense. They defeated the Redskins easily 38-16, while the Bengals just won by one to the Jets.

Tennessee Titans vs Detroit Lions: Lions will win. The Lions come off of a game where the took down the Colts with Matthew Stafford and Donte Moncrief.

Baltimore Ravens vs Cleveland Browns: The Ravens will win. First of all, the Bills won their last game, while the Browns lost by 19. The Browns tied last year for the worst record in the NFL with 3-13. The last time the Browns went to the playoffs was 2002, when they lost in the Wild Card round, when they lost by 3 to the Steelers. The last time the Ravens went to the Super Bowl was in Super Bowl 47 when they beat the 49ers.

Dallas Cowboys vs Washington: The Cowboys will win, if Dez Bryant recovers fully from his injury, this game the connection between him and Tony Romo will be spectacular.

New Orleans Saints vs New York Giants: I think that the Saints will win. For the first time in this I am picking a team that lost in Week 1 over one that won. The Saints sure put up a fight but they actually scored 34 points, over the Giant’s 20.

San Francisco 49ers vs Carolina Panthers: This might sound like the biggest upset ever, but I think that the 49ers will win this game. You might be thinking, so what if they shutout the Rams 28-0, the Rams aren’t good, while the Broncos actually are, but maybe the 49ers have more potential. Yes, last year the 49ers were not very good, while the Panthers went 15-1. And as much as preseason is not a reliable source, they actually beat the Broncos.

Miami Dolphins vs New England Patriots: The Patriots will win because they are a better team than the Dolphins even without Tom Brady. Gronkowski can still go off on the defense.

Kansas City Chiefs vs Houston Texans: The rematch of last postseason. I feel that the outcome will be the same as last postseason, Chiefs win. Alex Smith, Jeremy Maclin, Travis Kelce, Jamaal Charles, what could go wrong. They won last week.

Seattle Seahawks vs Los Angeles Rams: I think that the Seahawks will win because the Rams got beaten by the 49ers badly. The Seahawks actually won.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs Arizona Cardinals: The Cardinals lost last week because the Patriots are a good team last week, and they lost by 2. The Buccaneers didn’t play a good team. The better team will win, that is the Cardinals.

Jacksonville Jaguars vs San Diego Chargers: I think that the Chargers will win because Phillip Rivers is a better quarterback than Blake Bortles.

Atlanta Falcons vs Oakland Raiders: I think that the Raiders will win because they were able to put 25 on the Saints defense, while the Falcons only put up 24.

Indianapolis Colts vs Denver Broncos: Despite the Broncos being able to beat the Panthers, the Colts can just go to town on the offense, scoring 35 against the Lions week one.

Green Bay Packers vs Minnesota Vikings: I think that the Packers will win because Aaron Rodgers is one of the best quarterbacks in the league, against Teddy Bridgewater, and their offense just has more fire power.

Philadelphia Eagles vs Chicago Bears: I think that the Eagles will win because they have a better offense and defense than the Bears in my opinion, especially the defense.
